1. Return Policy
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or refund requests.
Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- The item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed – the product must remain in its original condition.
- Original packaging – include all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase – provide your order number and payment confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery.
2. Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your order was canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
- The item is damaged or defective, and a return is not required.
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Partial Refund or Store Credit
- If you ordered the wrong size or design but wish to reorder, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.
- If the issue is partially our fault, but the item is still usable, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full one.
No Refunds
- Refunds are not available for shipping delays, customs processing, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after the order has been received.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@sportees.com within 30 days from the delivery date and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
If your request is approved, our team will send you detailed return instructions via email within 2–5 business days. Please follow them carefully and return the product in its original condition.
Step 3: Return & Refund Processing
- Sportees covers return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
- If a return is not required, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order will enter production, and cancellation or refund cannot be guaranteed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
